The Weighing Scanning Sorting Machine is firstly a weighing scanning machine, then is a sorter. It is designed to sort small parcels and packages after weighing and scanning.

There are two electrical rollers and one endless-belt above the weighing sensors. The driving roller and belt can deliver the parcels and packages to the left or the right after operator put them on belt and the machine completes weighing and scanning.

After weigh and scan, the DWS system uploads the weight and barcode data to the users' management system and receives return messages with exit port information, then sorts the parcels and packages to the left or to the right accordingly.

It is to handle small parcels and packages, its weighing platform is L500*W400mm, suitable for e-commerce warehouses, express offices, deliver centers, as well as some other logistics service stations.

General Description:

Weighing Scanning Sorting machine is a multi-functioned machine. It weighs, scans barcodes, takes photos, and uploads weight barcode data to users’ system, and initially sorts the parcels/packages into two large types.

It is equipped with i7 industrial computer and Win10 system, and integrated a set of built-in algorithms so that the collected information can be updated in real time to user's ERP system, Express system, E-commerce system, logistics management system and other warehouse management system WMS.

This DWS sorting machine integrates a high accuracy and high-definition reading camera and a high-sensitive weighing scale with an advanced built-in algorithms. This built-in algorithm processes the captured information and output the parcels and packages information in real time, as well as uploads the barcodes and weights data in users' management system,and then communicate with users’ management system to deliver the parcels/packages to the left or the other side.It is a nice machine for those require initial sorting and those newly-starting warehouses.
