Storage heavy-duty shelf racks

Heavy-duty shelf racks, also known as beam shelves, or cargo shelves, kind of pallet shelves. The assembled structure are in the form of 

column pieces + beams, it's simple and effective. 

It can be installed according to the characteristics of the storage unit, and add some respective accessories, such as spacer, steel layer (steel grid),

metal wire mesh layer, storage cage guide rail, oil drum rack and other functional accessories, which can meet the cargo storage of different unit.

Heavy-duty (beam-type) shelf racks are generally made of cold-rolled special-shaped steel.

The columns are made of 80 (90) x60 (70) Ω-type steel with diamond-shaped holes punched on the surface. 

The beams are made of 80x50-100x50-120x50-140x50-160x50 welded beams connected to hangers. 

The design of layer load is 1 ton to 5 tons, the surface is electrostatically sprayed with power, and the waterproof, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant capabilities are stronger, the safety factor is high, and the plug-in combination does not require screws and welding. 

It is very convenient to assemble, fully utilizing the space area and providing storage capacity.
